Dantex Group recently held an engaging open-house event in Madrid, Spain, to provide international customers with an insight into the features and superior quality of their disruptive PicoJet 1200 series digital press. The event, which was held in association with Grupo Impryma at its showroom – Dantex’s new digital distributor for Iberia – took place from April 19-26, 2023.

During the week, customers from Spain, Portugal, Brazil, France, Tunisia, Italy, Poland and Lithuania, received demonstrations on the 1200 range and discovered more about its capabilities.

Dantex, together with Grupo Impryma, demonstrated the newest technologies of PicoJet, which include as standard SuperWhite, SuperText and DecoTactile technology. SuperWhite is capable of producing a white ink opacity of up to 92% in a single pass, making it the highest opacity inkjet white available on the market; SuperText is able to print extremely fine text for pharmaceutical labels; and DecoTactile can create a wide range of high-quality textured embellishments to enhance detail and add vibrancy to print.

The presses also offer three new additional colour options of orange, violet and green, extending the color gamut to more than 96% pantone colors at a Delta E of 3 and below. 

Dantex launched its next generation of Pico UV inkjet digital presses at Labelexpo Americas 2022, heralding a new era of technical advancement at the company, and further cementing its reputation as a global supplier of printing equipment and consumables. Representing a breakthrough in digital press technology and design, the impressive new look range offers a multitude of facilities to benefit customers.

The range includes the PicoColour HD 1200, PicoJet 1200, PicoJet 1200i, and the flagship high-speed model, the PicoJet 1200s. Built to the highest quality industry standards, each press is based on a modular design incorporating inline finishing and a new innovative touchscreen operating system.
